Carleton Pearson, may God have mercy on your soul.

Never in my life would I have dreamed the day I would see a man of God completely blinded by Satan. The former Bishop Carleton Pearson was a gospel preacher, pastor, evangelist and singer. Carleton made his greatest accomplishment promoting his singing events that highlighted the traditional black gospel songs used in the pentecostal / holiness churches in the United States. I recall going to see him as a boy at the New Life Christian Center in the early 80's. I always loved his spirit and vitality when leading others to praise God. Recently, Carleton Pearson appeared on the NBC news program Nightline debating the existence of satan. After viewing this program I only feel one thing, betrayal. The worse thing about the situation, Mr Pearson has betrayed God. Is this forgivable? All I can say is, Carleton, may God have mercy on your soul.
